Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Humanize Resume

This page explains how we handle refunds for one-time purchases, subscriptions, duplicate charges, and technical delivery issues.

General refund policy

Humanize Resume is a digital SaaS product. Paid access provides resume rewrite output, access links, and downloadable files where applicable.

We handle refund requests in a practical and fair way, based on delivery status, technical access, and payment records.

One-time purchase refunds

For one-time unlock purchases, refunds may be considered when paid delivery did not complete, access failed due to a technical issue, or payment was processed incorrectly.

Refund decisions are based on verifiable checkout and delivery records rather than hiring outcomes.

Subscription cancellations

You can request cancellation support for subscription plans through billing support. Cancellation stops future recurring charges according to provider billing timelines.

Partial-period or prorated refund handling may depend on payment provider rules and billing status at the time of cancellation.

Duplicate payments

If you were charged more than once for the same checkout attempt, contact us and we will review and resolve it.

When confirmed, duplicate payment refunds are processed through the payment provider.

Technical failure refunds

If payment succeeded but you could not access your paid rewrite due to a technical problem, we first attempt to restore access quickly.

If access cannot be restored in a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be issued.

Abuse / fraud policy

We may reject refund requests tied to abuse, chargeback manipulation, unauthorized payment use, or intentional misuse of access systems.

Where fraud is suspected, we may restrict access and keep relevant payment and security records for investigation.

Contact for billing support

For refund or billing help, contact support@resumeoptimizer.io with your checkout email, approximate payment time, and a short issue summary.

We usually respond within 1-2 business days.
